From your first search to the day you stand beside your host
Everything you can do on Atlaseha, step by step, with screenshots of real pages from the site. If you’re a guest, read the first tab; if you’re a host, the second one is yours.
Guide for hosts
Hosting on Atlaseha is free. You list your experience, our team reviews it, and once it’s published, guests book and pay online. Only a 10% fee is deducted from each booking, and guests pay no fee at all. This guide walks you through every step, from creating your profile to withdrawing your earnings. Please note that the host panel is currently in Persian only, and payments on the site require an Iranian bank card.
Step 1: Create your host profile
First log in with your mobile number or email, then go to the Become a host page. Write a display name (for example “Maryam, home cook”), sum up your motto or specialty in one line, and write a few sentences about yourself. When you tap “Create host profile”, your hosting panel opens in the host dashboard.
Step 2: Identity verification and the blue check
On the identity verification page, enter your ten-digit national ID number and upload a picture of one of these documents: smart national ID card, birth certificate, driver’s license, military service completion card or passport. Each image must be under six megabytes, and iPhone photos are accepted too. Until your identity is verified, your experience can’t be sent for review.
Step 3: Online preliminary agreement with AtlasehaNew
Before you send your first experience for review, you need to sign the preliminary host agreement. Read the text; the fee rate (10%) and the cancellation and payout rules are written right there. Then type your full first and last name and sign with the one-time code sent to your mobile or email. There’s nothing to print and nowhere you need to go.
Step 4: Create a new experience
Start from Create a new experience. The title is between 10 and 80 characters and the description at least 100 characters; write what happens, what the guest learns and what the place feels like. Set the category, city, address and the exact spot on the map; if you want, the exact address stays hidden until after booking. Then fill in the price per person, the minimum and maximum capacity, the duration (from 30 minutes to 24 hours) and the age group.
Step 5: Photos and video
You need at least 3 photos to publish, and the first photo becomes the experience’s cover. iPhone photos (HEIC) are converted automatically and optimized to keep the site fast. You can also add a short video of up to one minute.
Step 6: Booking options
If you offer the experience at several levels, open the “Booking options” section on the experience edit page and create an option for each level: a title, a short description, a price per person and, if needed, a “fixed group fee” that’s charged only once on the whole booking (like car rental). Until you create an option, the experience is sold at its base price. Once the first option is active, guests have to pick one when they book.
Step 7: Dynamic group pricingNew
With dynamic group pricing you set up several tiers: the more people join a time slot, the lower the price per person for that slot. People who booked earlier get the price difference back as wallet credit after the experience, so nobody loses out by booking early. Slots that already have people in them are shown to others with a “Join this group” label.
Step 8: Calendar and scheduling
On the experience edit page, tap the “Calendar and availability” button and choose “Add schedule”. A schedule is either weekly recurring (days of the week, start time, a start date and, if you like, an end date) or one-time for a specific day and time; set the duration and capacity there too. Time slots are created automatically from the schedule, and all times are in Tehran time. For days you’re away, add “Blocked dates” so that day’s slots close automatically.
Step 9: Submit for review
When everything is ready, tap “Submit for review” on the experience edit page. To submit, you need three things: a verified identity, a signed preliminary agreement and at least 3 photos. The Atlaseha team reads your experience and publishes it; if something is missing, you’ll see the reason for rejection at the top of the page, and you can resubmit once you’ve fixed it.
Step 10: Bookings, chat and check-in
In the host dashboard, today’s and tomorrow’s bookings are right in front of you, and all bookings are under Bookings. On each booking’s page you’ll see the guest’s name and mobile number, the number of people, the option they bought and their note, and you can message or call them with one tap. On the day of the experience, ask the guest for their check-in code and record it; your conversations are all in host messages.
Step 11: Earnings and payouts
In Earnings and payouts you’ll see three numbers: “Available to withdraw”, “Pending release” and “Total earnings”. Your share of each booking (what the guest paid minus the 10% fee) is held in trust until 24 hours after the experience starts, and then becomes available to withdraw. The minimum withdrawal is 500,000 toman; your first 2 withdrawals each month are free, and after that each one has a 20,000 toman fee.
Frequently asked questions from hosts
If your question isn’t here, support or the smart assistant will answer it.
Does listing an experience cost anything?
No. Listing and publishing an experience is free; only a 10% fee is deducted from each completed booking. Guests pay no fee and pay exactly the price you set.
When do I get my money?
24 hours after each experience starts, your share moves to “Available to withdraw”. From then on, whenever your balance reaches 500,000 toman, you can request a withdrawal.
Why does the “Submit for review” button show an error?
Usually one of these three things is still left to do: verifying your identity on this page, signing the preliminary agreement, or uploading at least 3 photos.
What happens if I edit a published experience?
It goes back to the review queue, and once it’s approved, the new version is published. Bookings already made stay as they are.
What’s the difference between booking options and dynamic group pricing?
Options are different versions of the same experience, for example with or without a car. Dynamic group pricing sets how the price per person in a time slot drops as the group gets bigger.
Can I take payment from a guest outside the site?
No. Payments outside Atlaseha aren’t covered, neither for you nor for the guest, and outside contact details are filtered out of the chat. If you have a cost separate from the booking, state it clearly in the booking option’s description.
I can’t host on a certain day. What should I do?
Mark that day as a “Blocked date” in the experience calendar so its time slots close. If you already have bookings for that day, talk to the guest in the chat first; a cancellation by the host comes with compensation for the guest and affects your ranking.
